Hanley Moving Company provides full-service moving and storage out of Schenectady, serving the whole Capital Region, along with long-distance relocations arriving from or leaving New York. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. Estimates provided through this website are preliminary and may be revised after an in-home or virtual walkthrough of your belongings.
Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request through our website does not create a binding contract. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties sign a written estimate or bill of lading before the move date. All estimates are provided free of charge and carry no obligation.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote or scheduling services. That includes your current address, destination address, an honest description of the items to be moved, and any access restrictions at either location (stairs, elevators, downtown COIs, HOA rules, winter parking limits, long carries).

Hanley Moving Company carries full liability coverage and $1M cargo insurance as required by applicable regulations. Specific coverage details, valuation options, and claims procedures are provided in writing with your estimate and on your bill of lading before the move.
