The staff in Schenectady were great. Pat and Karen handled everything as you would expect. The driver and the packing crew were disappointing. I know it is my job to check that everything is packed, but medicine cabinets were not touched. Small amount of stuff, but they were prescriptions that made things more difficult than needed. Upon arrival, everything arrived intact but a single box. It’s been a month with no resolution. The rating would be a 5 for Schenectady team and a 3 for the driver/packers.
